New Slash Commands (2026-01-20, @team)

Add new commands for common workflows:

/feedback — Capture feedback/bugs to FEEDBACK.md
/roadmap — Capture roadmap/ideas to ROADMAP.md
/tidy — Tidy up current code (ensure well structured/simple, if doing a brief ensure completion criteria met, etc.)
/rethink — Rethink/simplify from first principles
/modularise — Extract code into reusable modules
/critique — Review and critique a dev plan, proposal, or brief, to make sure it's robust (technical + outcomes led)
